Although CounterCulture began its roots as an iconic venue, the restlessness of having to constantly innovate saw us don the role as consultants for anything that revolved around Live entertainment. Whether it is programming music for a flea market or engaging brands through creating musical instruments with Junk and music festivals and concerts thrown in between, CounterCulture brings with it the experience of having hosted 1000+ concerts. Post the successful exit from the venue business, CounterCulture now is a full time music consulting agency.
2017 will see CounterCulture branching out in our work with Brands, as well as our on-going Campus plans. We believe in the potential for growth through Entertainment-Driven marketing, and have seen results for the same through 2016.
Music has always been at the core of CounterCulture and our large-scale annual productions continue to reinforce our brand recall as The Music Guys. Our properties Indie March, Ode to the Blues and Metal Factory are some of the largest annual festivals in India showcasing the best names in the Indie, Blues and Metal genres respectively.
From conceptualization and programming to managing and executing an entire production chain, CounterCulture has also brought its magic to The Great Indian Oktoberfest, Time Capsule, Fireflies, Budweiser Made Stage, Bangalore Open Air, Reset, TheMighty Rock Union and The Mysore Yuva Dasara.
Our experience in working with some of the best artistes & musical acts from around the world enables us to have a deeper understanding of how best to marry entertainment with the business ecosystem.
We also collaborate with brands to develop targeted branding campaigns with a focus on using live entertainment programming to maximize consumer engagement.
